Returns & Exchanges
Tiger Gems accepts return of unworn merchandise in brand new condition within 30 days of the original shipping date.
- Please contact us before sending an item back for refund or exchange.
- Complimentary return shipping on domestic US orders provided upon request.
- If using your own shipping label, please contact us for shipping details.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by original Proof of Purchase and in the original packaging (i.e. the Tiger Gems box and pouch, black velvet box, or solid wood box).
- Upgraded and international shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Custom sizing fees are non-refundable.
- Items altered by a third party jeweler may not be returned for any reason.
- International customers are responsible for return shipping and any duty or customs fees.
- If a returned order qualified for a free gift and the remaining balance after the return falls below the minimum total, the gift must be returned. If the gift has been worn or you would like to keep it, the order will be charged for its retail value.
- Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged; they are also not covered under warranty. All sales final.
Refunds are processed after the item has been received by Tiger Gems and inspected. Typical inspection time is 2-3 business days.
As a courtesy, Tiger Gems will exchange brand new unworn items in their original condition one time for free. Additional exchanges will incur shipping fees.
- If the item has been worn, there will be a $35 restocking fee to clean, polish and re-plate.
- Custom sizing fees will be deducted from any exchange.
- International customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
